Current favourites

As I've said in previous favourites because I'm a student I don't have enough money to try out new things every month but every so often if I'm really enjoying what I've been using I'll put them in a favourites!
Clinique Superprimer £20 - I've tried a lot of primers, I have oily skin so I'm forever on the hunt for a product that's going to make my foundation last and this one is fantastic. It feels really nice to apply to the skin and makes applying foundation flawless, it is rather expensive but I would definitely say it's worth it. I have the Universal primer because that's what I was matched with and I'll definitely be repurchasing this once it runs out.

Mac constructivist paint pot £15 - I've had this more probably about six months now and I still really love it, and as you can see I've barely used any of it. It's a beautiful bronzey browny gold colour, an absolutely perfect base for a night time smokey eye, it also makes your eye shadow last a lot longer. Mine hasn't dried out at all yet but I've heard a few people complain about that before so I'm extremely careful with it, I hate wasting products!

Maybelline dream satin foundation £7.99 - I had this foundation a couple of years ago and really liked it, but since trying Mac and Clinique foundations I completely forgot about it until I saw Tanya Burr using it in one of her tutorials so I thought I'd repurchase it for everyday use when I don't fancy using an expensive one. I really like this, it applies really nicely with rather high coverage but is definitely buildable. I have it in the colour fawn which is a little dark but when mixed with a little colour is perfect for me right now. I would really recommend anyone trying this if they have oily skin and fancy trying out a cheaper foundation.

Rimmel Scandaleyes eyeliner in nude £3.99- These eyeliners by Rimmel are by far the best eyeliners I've ever tried! They're really creamy and so easy to apply, it's also waterproof so it last all day and they don't seem to smudge on me which is perfect. I've been specifically loving this nude one recently, it really opens up my eyes and makes me look a lot more awake of those cold early uni mornings. My mum also really likes this product and actually stole mine! So I had to buy a new one!

Mac Red lipstick £15 -  This is only the second Mac lipstick I've tried and I've really been impressed! This is a really lovely pinky cool toned bright red, perfect for all year round but specifically Christmas day. It's really creamy and isn't drying whatsoever.

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Spotlight Beige £6.49 - This is actually their old packaging and I'm not sure whether they've changed this shade but I've really been enjoying wearing this recently and I'm sure other brands will do very very similar colours. It's a peachy pink nude which I think is really perfect for a heavier smokey eye because it balances it out and doesn't make you look like a drag queen! I've been wearing this mostly in the day when my eye look is a little heavy for day time. It's super super moisturising and you can definitely apply it on the go without a mirror!

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic £7.99
I think I bought this in October because I fancied something with a hint of colour which I could apply on the go but still looked like I had made effort, but I put it in my draw and completely forgot about it until my Birthday weekend when I took it to London with me. I really love this, I've tried a few of these Lip Crayons and I think the Revlon ones are my favourite at the moment, I do really want a few of the Clinqiue intense ones though. It has the same texture as a balm but once it wears off throughout the day it leaves a lovely stain of red. I do however think it is rather expensive for what it is.
