My Summer fave lipsticks

I have more lipsticks than I probably have hot dinners! I've recently sorted through my lipstick collection and tidied it up and found a few lipstick that I use to love and thought I'd bring them out of the dark! 

Warning - You can tell I have a slight obsession with a certain brand ..

Revlon lip butter in wild watermelon - £7.99

Everyone raves about these lip butter and for good reason, they are really lovely and effortless. They apply really soft and creamy and this one is great for applying a little bit of colour on those summer days.

This is such a lovely pinky coral with no shimmer, it adds a coral gloss without being too in your face.

 Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in 22 - £5.49

 This is a really bright red, it doesn't look as bright in the photo as it actually is but it's such a lovely summery bright bright red. You can tell how hot it is here because the lipstick is sweating, ha! Everyone loves a red lip and this is one with a more summery twist, it has a hint of a cold pink which I absolutely love.

Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in 12 - £5.49

Everyone needs an orange in their collection and this is a beaut! It's definitely a strong colour and very pigmented.

It's definitely a more browny orange rather than a really bright fluorescent orange which is great for orange newbies! You also don't have to have a really strong colour, if you dab it on your lips and maybe apply a lipgloss or balm over the top is creates a perfect orange glossy tinted lips which is one of my favourite orange looks.

 I like to wear a bright girly pink lip to make a grungey look look more feminine. This colour is by far one of my favourites, it makes teeth look nice and white as well which is perfect for me! 

I've seen quite a few blog posts giving this lipstick so much love and I completely agree, this lipstick is such a hidden gem because it looks really beautiful on where as it's just a bit boring in the bullet.

 I just really love the way this lipstick looks on especially if you pair it with a black and white outfit and matching pink nails which is a look I love to create for nights out!

All of these lipsticks are really nice, very glossy and creamy and they are all also really pigmented. I really love both these brands of lipstick and have loads of other ones but these are just my faves for the current season. From my experience with them all as well they've not felt like they're too heavy and melting off in the heat which is a massive factor I look for in a lipstick for summer.They can all be blotted down to a matte colour to create a more subtle shade as well which almost makes it like you've got another lipstick.
