This is the second eyeliner I've tried from the brand Eyeko and although I've heard amazing things about them, I have been massively disappointed. I actualy received this in a magazine and as it is normally £12 I thought it was a freebie worth getting! Swatched this eyeliner seems great, it feels a bit like a gel formula and it really black and seems to last really well. However, when you try and apply this, it's really difficult to get a good line. You have to press really hard on your eye lid which isn't a quality you want in an eyeliner, especially on such a sensitive area. Once you have gotten a fairly strong line of the liner, after about an hour it has transferred onto your crease even with primer and eye shadow on too. So it's definitely a no go for me, I think it's crap for £12 to be honest and I wouldn't recommend it.

I got this freebie too in Glamour. I’ve heard lots of bad reviews on this item, such a shame. I haven’t actually tried it yet myself, its in my makeup draw. Hopefully some other freebies will inspire us a bit more! :-) xx

Yeahhh, I think it has the potential to be really good but I just don't get on with it personally :\

I received this too and I think it's not half bad, I found it really long lasting! x
ReplyDeleteOh really? I dunno if mine had dried out maybe a little from being in a magazine for a long time or something!
